Hard floors can be badly impacted by the constant in and out of builders and other contractors. This is not a problem as we are trained and qualified in hard floor cleaning to bring back the floor back to it’s original condition.

Shops & Retail Properties

We are highly experienced in the post construction & refurbishment of shops and retail properties. We can work around the clock meaning the cleaning will be done overnight if the handover of the retail shop is running on a strict time schedule. The shop will be so clean you can’t tell that there were builders in!

I would highly recommend ZHD cleaning for carpet and sofa cleaning! From the moment I messaged them they had such a fast response and fitted me in very quickly!
Their actual work was amazing. The difference in both my carpet and sofa was incredible… considering my pup had had a few mishaps on the carpet you would’ve never had known!

I can only reiterate what everyone else says: I cannot recommend Zhivko & his son highly enough!
His service is reliable, professional, pleasant to deal with and his price very reasonable.He is also both honest and kind. I misunderstood the estimate for the work and he could have easily capitalised on my mistake, but he didn’t. On the day of the cleaning he was forced to attend A&E due to an accident at the job earlier, which made him late, which upset him. He messaged me and arrived for the job when a lesser man would simply have cancelled.
We were delighted with the results too!

Zhivko and his team took on the cleaning of an historic building which we had just moved into. The carpets had just been taken up and released lots of dust as well as everything thrown up by the previous occupants moving out after decades. I cannot recommend ZHD Cleaning enough! We were let down at the last minute by another cleaning company for an end of tenancy clean. ZHD responded to my email inquiry promptly, viewed the property and scope of work and provided me with a quotation within a day of my initial email. They were able to accommodate my (rather restrictive) time scale and their work was thorough and to an incredibly high standard. Communication was excellent throughout. We will definitely be using their services again in the future.
