I hired ZHD Cleaning for an end of tenancy clean and was very pleased with the service. Their director director was incredibly friendly and polite, and offered me a great price for a one bedroom flat. My landlord was also happy with the quality of the cleaning.

Family run business. Requirement was to clean unit to a professional standard for end of rental contract termination purposes. The team was punctual and courteous. Cleaning was thorough. Offered to return if there were any issues. This was not necessary. Good job.
ZHD where very professional and thorough on the two jobs we asked them to do for us. The first being the post construction clean of our newly refurbished period property. And the second being the empty house clean once we had moved out of our old house. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

His service is reliable, professional, pleasant to deal with and his price very reasonable.He is also both honest and kind. I misunderstood the estimate for the work and he could have easily capitalised on my mistake, but he didn’t. On the day of the cleaning he was forced to attend A&E due to an accident at the job earlier, which made him late, which upset him. He messaged me and arrived for the job when a lesser man would simply have cancelled.

Zhivko and the team at ZHD Cleaning did a great job on our house. They were really flexible as our dates change, collecting the keys from the agent and returning them on time. A full clean of the carpets, windowsills, kitchen, bathrooms and all of the surfaces.

Zhivko and his team took on the cleaning of an historic building which we had just moved into. The carpets had just been taken up and released lots of dust as well as everything thrown up by the previous occupants moving out after decades. The team did an amazing job to a high standard including cleaning our AGA. They were honest and trustworthy and I cannot recommend highly enough.
I cannot recommend ZHD Cleaning enough! We were let down at the last minute by another cleaning company for an end of tenancy clean. ZHD responded to my email inquiry promptly, viewed the property and scope of work and provided me with a quotation within a day of my initial email. They were able to accommodate my (rather restrictive) time scale and their work was thorough and to an incredibly high standard. Communication was excellent throughout. We will definitely be using their services again in the future.
